TBF Adventures Terms & Agreements

Welcome to TBF Adventures! By reserving an RV or utility trailer with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, as these terms protect both you and us. Checking the box during checkout means you acknowledge and accept all terms below.

• Rental days are calculated on a calendar-day basis.
• RV Rentals: Late return fee = $50/hour.
• Utility Trailers: Late return fee = $40/hour.
• Late returns beyond 4 hours may be charged an additional full day.

• A security deposit is required at booking and is fully refundable if the unit is returned in proper condition.
• All rental balances are due 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery.
• Security deposits may be used to cover damages, cleaning, late return fees, mileage overages, or other charges.

Rented units may not be used for:

• Off-road travel or towing beyond rated capacity.
• Festivals or large events without written approval.
• Smoking, vaping, or drug use inside RVs.
• Commercial hauling without written approval.
• Transporting illegal, hazardous, or flammable materials.
• Use by unauthorized or unlisted drivers.
• Subleasing, lending, or transferring possession.

• The renter is 100% responsible for all loss or damage during the rental period, including weather, theft, vandalism, misuse, or accidents.
• Loss of use charges apply at the daily rental rate until repairs are complete.
• If resale value is impacted, diminished value charges may apply.
• Administrative fees of $50–$250 may be applied for processing claims.
• All towing, storage, impound, or recovery costs are the renter’s responsibility.
• All accidents, theft, or damage must be reported immediately to TBF Adventures and local authorities.

• All renters must purchase rental insurance through Wheelbase during checkout.
• TBF Adventures does not provide liability coverage.
• Renters are responsible for third-party injury, property damage, and compliance with all state insurance laws.

• Units must be returned in the same condition as rented.
• Cleaning Fees:
  • RV excessive cleaning: $250
  • Utility trailer excessive cleaning: $150
• Dumping Fee (RVs): $75 if tanks are not emptied.
• Propane Refill (RVs): $50 flat fee if not returned full.

Additional charges may apply, including:

• Generator use (RVs): $5/hour
• Mileage overages (RVs, where applicable)
• Missing or damaged optional equipment (linens, kitchen packs, etc.)
• Fuel or propane refill
• Late returns

By renting, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TBF Adventures, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, attorney fees, or liabilities arising from the use, possession, or operation of the rental unit.

Some RVs may be equipped with GPS or telematics tracking for safety and recovery. Renters consent to limited operational data collection.

TBF Adventures is not responsible for any personal belongings left in or on the unit before, during, or after rental.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Renters are responsible for all legal, collection, and enforcement costs, including attorney fees, if applicable.

All rental charges are subject to final audit. TBF Adventures reserves the right to adjust charges for underpayments, damages, or missed fees after inspection.

By booking with TBF Adventures, you agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Agreements.
• You authorize TBF Adventures to charge your payment method for all applicable rental charges, fees, and damages.
• You accept full responsibility for the unit during your rental period.
