2. You Set the Rules
During onboarding, we’ll walk through everything — towing vs. delivery only, pet-friendly or not, platform restrictions, festival usage, and more.

3. We Prep & List
We photograph, stage, and list your unit on multiple platforms to maximize exposure and rental usage.

4. We Manage Rentals
We handle renter communication, check-in/out, delivery or pickup, and provide support during their trip.

5. You Get Paid
You receive monthly payouts with rental summaries and performance reports.

• RVs & Campers: 60% TBF / 40% Owner
• Utility Trailers: 55% TBF / 45% Owner

We keep it simple, transparent, and consistent.

• RVs: We highly recommend owners carry rental-specific insurance. We’ll help you find the right provider.
• Utility Trailers: Owners must comply with Texas state insurance laws.
• All Units: Covered under our TBF Adventures general liability policy for added peace of mind.
